This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Wowsuite Software Ltd., doing business as WowSuite ("WowSuite", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal and business information when you access the https://www.mcpecomm.com or use our hosted software-as-a-service analytics and reporting Site.

By accessing or browsing the Site or using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or any WowSuite’s services.

Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement have the meanings given to them in the Terms and Conditions, unless expressly stated otherwise herein.
1. Scope and Roles
For all Client Data connected from third-party platforms (e.g., Everflow, Shopify, WowBoost, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Stripe, PayPal), the Client is the Controller/Business and WowSuite acts solely as Processor/Service Provider, as defined under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.

WowSuite processes such Client Data strictly on your instructions and only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following Client Data:

Client Business Information: account contact and billing details (name, company, email, address, payment method);

Usage Data: log files, browser type, device identifiers, session duration, and page interactions;

Client Data: customer, transactional, and performance data obtained from your connected third-party platforms, such as purchase activity, checkout behavior, ad performance metrics, and associated identifiers.
Client Data is stored only as required to operate the Services and is never sold or used for WowSuite’s own marketing.
WowSuite may generate and use aggregated or de-identified usage data to improve and secure the Services, analyze trends, or provide industry benchmarks, provided that no client or customer is identified.
3. Use of Information
We use the collected information to provide, operate, and improve the Services; authenticate and manage user accounts; generate analytics and insights for you; process payments and provide support; detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security threats; and comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
WowSuite does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CPRA.
4. Data Access and Control
As long as your Subscription is active and in good standing, you may access Services on the Site.
If fees remain unpaid or the Subscription ends, access will be suspended. Upon termination or expiry, WowSuite will permanently delete or irreversibly anonymize all Client Data within thirty (30) days after termination, except where retention is required by law or by binding obligations from payment processors or financial recordkeeping rules.
5. Subprocessors
WowSuite uses subprocessors to deliver infrastructure, analytics, and security. These include hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Azure), payment processors, fraud detection tools, and email platforms. Subprocessors are contractually required to maintain confidentiality and security standards. Information about subprocessors is available upon request, subject to confidentiality requirements.
Client will be notified in writing of any material changes to the subprocessor list and shall have the right to object within ten (10) business days of such notice, where required by law.
6. Cookies & Tracking
WowSuite may use cookies and similar technologies to track user behavior on the Site, improve service performance and reliability and facilitate secure login sessions. We use a number of different cookies, including:

Essential (always on): security, login, core site functions.

Functional: remember settings like language and region.

Analytics/Performance: understand how the site is used to improve it.

Advertising/Marketing & Social: ad measurement, personalization, social plug-ins.
You may be able to disable cookies through your web browser, but please note that some services may not function properly without them, and your experience on our website could be affected. For visitors in the EEA/UK, we set only Essential cookies by default; non-essential cookies load only if you opt in via our cookie banner or cookie settings, and you may withdraw consent at any time in cookie settings.

7. Data Security
We apply best industry-standard safeguards to secure your Client Data, including:

Regular audits and monitoring
No Internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. You use the Services and accept the inherent risks of online transmission at your own risk.
8. Data Retention
We keep Client Data only while your subscription is active or as necessary to enforce our rights, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Afterwards it is irreversibly deleted or anonymized as described in the Terms and conditions and in accordance with applicable laws. Client Data is permanently deleted after contract termination unless legally required to retain it.
Upon request, and where legally required, Client may receive their Client Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, subject to authentication
9. Data Breach notification
In the event of a confirmed breach involving Client Data, WowSuite will notify the Client without undue delay, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
By using the Services, if you are located outside the United States, you acknowledge and consent that Client Data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
For Client Data originating from the European Economic Area (EEA), WowSuite shall rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful mechanisms to ensure adequate protection to the Client Data.
10. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are a resident of the EEA or California, you may have rights including:

Access to your data

Correction or deletion

Restriction or objection to processing

Portability of your data

Opt-out of data sales
WowSuite does not sell personal information to third parties to market WowSuite’s products.

11. Children
The Services are business-to-business and not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. Unless a later effective date is expressly stated, any revised version becomes effective immediately upon posting and will display a new “Last Updated” date at the top of the document. If we make material changes (e.g., new data uses or rights affecting you), we will provide advance notice via email or a prominent banner on the Site at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

All disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy, including but not limited to statutory claims, data privacy claims, and any claims arising under data-protection, data-security, or consumer-protection laws, shall be subject to the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.

In case of conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall control.

This Privacy Policy governs business-to-business use of the Services and are not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.
